I authorize Loan Shoppers and any financial institution to whom Loan Shoppers provides this information to check my credit and employment history, to answer questions regarding their credit history with me, and provide that information to credit bureaus and to return their decision to me via telephone, fax, mail, or electronic correspondence (i.e., email).  Please note that we do not collect social security numbers throughout this site but you may be asked for such information when contacted by a loan officer or mortgage professional who has received your information from this site. You understand that financial institutions may keep this form, whether or not you are qualified for a loan with them. You acknowledge that this is NOT an application for credit but may be used for qualification for a loan analysis or loan pre-qualification. You understand that you will have to complete an APPLICATION with a bank, licensed lender or mortgage broker before any official pre-approved or pre-qualified status is issued to me.

This agreement shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, excluding its conflict of law principles. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Broward County, Florida, U.S.A., in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Web site. Use of this Web site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
